Fellowship, Goodwill and Community Service
2014-2015 AVR President
BARBARA RAYBURN

Barbara Rayburn was installed as the 2014-2015 AVR President
by President Elect, Bobby Burton, at the AVR Rally at Smith Mountain Lake on April 12, 2014.  Barbara is a member
of the Bethlehem Club in the Holland District and
has been a Ruritan since 1995. Barbara is proud to
let everyone know that she is a Ruritan
"because someone (Cathy Quate) ASKED her to join".

Barbara got started right away with her "President's duty" by giving those in attendance a chance to help decide the location of next year's Rally by presenting ideas for the location and getting their ideas as well.

Complete details will be posted when final plans are made.
